The payment by cash on delivery is offered by the courier to destination in Italy.
You will need to have the exact amount for your order ready in cash when the delivery is made. The courier often cannot give change.

When the order will be delivered to the courier, the customer will receive a detailed communication from related information on how tracing the delivery on-line.
Pursuant to article 5 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (that is, a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activities, that is, who does not make the purchase indicating a VAT number on the Ecoitalystore.it order form), then he or she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Ecoitaly within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the customer sends the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal: if the customer withdraws from the contract, he will be refunded all payments made in favor of Ecoitaly, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day Ecoitaly was informed of the decision the customer withdraw from the contract. The customer will not incur any fees as a result of such redemption. The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the system demonstration by the consumer of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. It will be the responsibility of the customer to promptly provide the details of the bank account to which the refund should be paid (name, surname, account holder, IBAN code).
Ecoitaly will evaluate any damages assessed to the product and / or the original packaging of that (in the event that the assets have suffered a diminution in value due to a manipulation different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning, the customer will be only liable for any diminished value of the assets).
The customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day they announced to Ecoitaly his withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the customer send back the goods before the expiration of the period of 14 days.
The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. The cost is estimated to be equal to a minimum of about € 10.00 to a maximum indicative of about € 100.00 (extremely variable depending on the shipping service selected and the weight and volume of products to be returned). Shipping is considered the responsibility of the customer, as from normative.
It is not possible to exercise the right to withdraw only on part of the product purchased.
Ecoitaly is not in any way responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via non-insured shipping. When it arrives at the warehouse, the product will be examined to asses any damage or tampering not caused during transit. In the event that the returned product is damaged, Ecoitaly will inform the customer (within the fifth day of receiving the goods at their warehouse), to allow for the possible reimbursement by the carrier of his choice (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return and the withdrawal request will be canceled.
